This is a superfood in a lot of senses -- I use it as a spread to eat with bread for breakfast most days, but also have used it to cook. I found that if you put a dollop of this in a hot frying pan, it is perfect to sautƩ veggies and tofu, as the oil will serve as cooking oil, and the flavor will incorporate really well. It has an amazing balance of spicy and tasty and really adds to the dish.
