Tsamba or Tsampa has sustained Tibetan communities for over 1,000 years. Purple Karma Barley was first brought to the U.S. in 1924 and is now grown in the Pacific Northwest. Traditionally, Tsamba is served as a hot cereal or solid version/dough for breakfast; we've transformed it into a convenient ball for today’s lifestyle.
