I just love this breakfast mix. It's hearty and delicious. The little bits of dates mixed within add just the right amount of sweetness. Honestly, I've not tasted anything else like this!
The mixing instructions were spot on. I love the large nut bites, dates, and overall flavor. What a great change from other breakfast choices and it's so healthy too!
Super easy to make, I just add hot soymilk. Tastes super good and is lightly sweet. Makes for a very filling breakfast!
The tsamba balls are so damn tasty. Super fast breakfast--two little nuggets and I feel oddly satiated but not weighed down and my energy is sustained well into lunch. Clean burning. I don't invest time and energy into breakfasts, so this has been a great solution for me. I know I'm giving my body the nutrients it needs but without the production. I swear by these. Also great if I need to get through a lunch or snack but need portability or quick and easy. SUPER yum with banana and cinnamon but I usually just eat them alone. They also are enough to stabilize my stomach for morning vitamins. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! The fact that I NEVER write reviews, good or bad, says something. Enjoy!
I eat this every day. Its SO good! Extremely easy as well, no sweetener or anything required.
When I'm in a rush I will put a couple of frozen blueberries to cool it down so I can eat immediately.
