from 29 reviewsFlax seed is healthful--low carb, high in omega 3 fatty acids and filling. The
Azma superfoods flax seed is a lovely and tasty--it is filling and a great snack.
This is absolutely delicious and so nutritious - I feel so nourished when I eat it! I get it at the farmers' market and wish it was in more stores. I can't say enough how amazing this is - I use it instead of nut butter and it checks all of the boxes!
This is a superfood in a lot of senses -- I use it as a spread to eat with bread for breakfast most days, but also have used it to cook. I found that if you put a dollop of this in a hot frying pan, it is perfect to sauté veggies and tofu, as the oil will serve as cooking oil, and the flavor will incorporate really well. It has an amazing balance of spicy and tasty and really adds to the dish.
My friend gifted me a bag of these truffles when I gave birth. After demolishing that, I immediately ordered 2 more bags. They’re that good. Not too sweet, dark, chocolatey, coffee-esque. And filling. I love them.
I eat this every day at work, and I am able to work the whole day without getting hungry. How nice to be able to focus on work and not on how and where I'm going to get food. I have ordered it by mail, and it is always diligently packed, and arrives on time.
It has a wonderful flavor from the barley, subtle and unique. Very easy to make for breakfast or a snack, and is lovely as is, but also fun to play around with, using different liquids or adding new toppings. I also love that the ingredients are locally grown. Try it!
I love these tsampa truffles! They are a little sweet, just the right amount, not too much. If I need a quick portable lunch, I grab one of these, wrap it in a bit of wax paper and put it in my jacket pocket. Add a big handful of some raw veggies and I'm in good shape for the afternoon. But my favorite way to eat them is nibbling one with a mug of hot tea :)
I put this on toast for breakfast. It is just the right taste with a little bit sweetness and a lot of goodness.
If you're looking for a great little appetizer to serve your friends, this will do the trick! It's great spread on little toast points or crackers. Yum!!
These truffles are just delightful. And they're healthy! They very filling and I find a have a nice energy burst after eating them.
I just love this breakfast mix. It's hearty and delicious. The little bits of dates mixed within add just the right amount of sweetness. Honestly, I've not tasted anything else like this!
Love the Tsamba Truffles with dark chocolate. Made with quality ingredients and the owner Jolma is lovely! Would recommend
These are my favorite Tsamba balls. Taste, texture, and fiber. I cheated and added some powdered sugar right into the bag to add more sweetness since I'm on a hummingbird (sugar) diet. :)
We received both the truffles and hazelnut Tsamba balls. Such a great way to get protein and fiber and with great taste! I added some powdered sugar directly inside the bag, shook it around, and now I have an even better treat. But that's just me. They are fine as is.
The mixing instructions were spot on. I love the large nut bites, dates, and overall flavor. What a great change from other breakfast choices and it's so healthy too!
